“As representatives of their companies and citizens, employees and the entire business community need to develop and support sustainable initiatives in all aspects.”
Often, Sustainability definition’s is made as the ability to access as our needs, without compromising the future, that is, making it ecologically correct, economically viable, socially fair, culturally diverse. A transdisciplinary concept.
When we say Sustainability, our first thought goes to the environmental aspect; develop smart policies for the use of resources and their impacts, in the air, water and soil, preserve biodiversity … So, what about our actions? How predisposed are we to do something? Wow responsible do we feel for the surrounding environment and our contribution to production and consumption?
On the economic aspect, we must rigorously seek the effectiveness and efficiency in all activities, including the viability of the organizations and their implications for the generation of wealth, in which Managers and Employees are involved. These actions and commitments are highlighted with the individual training of people and with social development.
Also, in our interpersonal relationships, sustainability, education, health, peace and leisure must be spread out in an ethical and equitable way, respecting and promoting a cultural diversity of communities.
We should analyze in a critical way our individual actions, more of consuming and tasting products or selecting waste, let’s think about our relationships, criticisms and interactions.
