“The growth of digitized processes creates a greater need of safely and critically and for employees with the ability to use in the alarm of digital information technologies.” If there are changes that the Covid-19 pandemic has shown to be permanent, these are in the digital domain. It was easy to see that remote work was an expanding concept and that it would inevitably accompany the growth of digitalization and dematerialization of processes, not only administrative, but throughout the complete value chain. Today, it is globally recognized that the Information Technologies use affects the business competitiveness level, both in industry and in services. This new economic reality requires smart investment for all players, in order to remain in the market and enable sustainable business growth. The increase in technologies used in all matters of our life, personal, professional and social, set the bar at a high level, in a variety of skills and knowledge, simultaneously, with a wide range of computer applications. Currently, there is no CV that does not refer to digital skills. In a first stage and on a personal level, we can mention the ability to use different communication channels, master security mechanisms and produce contents in a digital support. Then, in a professional context, we think about the ability to use these technologies independently, whether to work, study or for all other activities that make up everyday life and only at a more advanced level, the ability to critically evaluate digital technologies and the motivation to participate in the digital culture.
