The market is getting more demanding! Competition in business is increasing! There is no place to go wrong! Reps are the biggest source of business losses! Phrases like these are commonly heard everywhere.
At this point we can infer that the impact of cutting-edge or deep knowledge, scientific or not, in corporate effectiveness and efficiency is increasing every day.
The competition forces companies to search every moment for any small factor that can be differentiator in the final result to be presented to customer, both in the quest for loyalty or market share increase.
The individual responsibility for the outcome of each intervention in part of the process entrusted to it is systematically analyzed and imputed in a more and more decisive way.
The inclusion and analysis of (Key) performance indicators in each process is now such a common practice that these indicators become the goals to be achieved in the development processes or training for each employee’s competences.
Knowledge has to be improved, challenged, and increased constantly, or it vanishes.
