On May 27th was held, the 2nd Thematic Lunch in the H202 Auditorium of ISEP, 431, Dr. António Bernardino de Almeida Street, 4200-072 Porto with a conference on “Leadership of Teams in Business Environments”.
The opening and welcome were given by António Andrade (PhD), President of Formers Students Association of ISEP and IIP.
In the first part, Vítor Mota, CEO of HCCT, linked the pillars of conscious leadership with the development of teams; Factors that enhance results of teams in Business Environment.
In a second speech, Katrym Vega, Iberian director of PDA International demonstrated the purpose of PDA. A simple, effective and scientifically tested tool that performs a behavioral profile description. It refers the strengths points and areas that should be developed in the team and respective members.
The quality and quantity of questions made by the participants showed clearly that the behavioral and interpersonal skills of leaders have gradually gained importance in business environments
