Included in the Expo Gondomar 2017, ANJE in collaboration with HCCT, held a workshop on the theme “Leadership of Teams in Business Environment” on May 26.
The reception and welcome were given by Dr. Carlos Brás, city councilman of the Municipal Council of Gondomar, responsible for the economic development of the county.
Vitor Mota, CEO of HCCT, spoke about the main characteristics that the leader must practice to achieve a conscious leadership and to enhance the results of teams in business environment.
PDA International’s Iberian director, Katrym Vega, showed how PDA tool can be used in team management. This tool is scientifically tested and excels in simplicity, effectiveness and detail in describing behavioral profiles. It can be used both on a group and individual level and facilitate the development of the team and its elements.
The questions made by the participants demonstrate that the exercise of effective and efficient leadership has gained increasing relevance, both in companies and in leaders.
