António Barny, Director Product Development at Amkor Technology showed what of best is done at technological level, in IoT universe, nearby in Vila do Conde.
Fraunhofer Portugal’s Communication Solutions Scientist, Manuel Monteiro, has shown some areas of research in development that are intended to improve people’s lives in the short term.
Then, Raul Oliveira, CEO of IPBrick, showed what happens to the huge amount of data generated in the domain and some care and protocols associated with this reality.
Finally, Vitor Mota, CEO of HCCT, spoke about the skills people need, the why and the challenge of development as individuals in this new environment.
The interaction with the public was a constant and the period of questions and answers made predict a marathon, wisely interrupted by Francisco Silva, Masters Director of the DEM of ISEP.
